Kate Middleton's photos displayed at King Charles, Queen Camilla's welcome in Canada

King Charles and Queen Camilla on Monday visited Lansdowne Park to celebrate Canadian culture and heritage after the royal couple arrived in Ottawa on their two-day visit to Canada. 

"From hockey to local food, Their Majesties have kickstarted their visit to Ottawa at a showcase of the best of Canada,' said an Instagram post shared on the royal family's official account, which also posted multiple pictures and clips from their trip. 

A large number of locals holding Canadian flags also turned up to welcome the king and his wife. 

One of the women among the crowd grabbed people's attention with her unique placard. 

"I met your daughter-in-law,' read the placard, which also had three pictures of Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, who, according to many polls, is one of the most popular members of the British royal family.

If anything, her pictures at King Charles and Queen Camilla's welcome are testament to the fact that Princess Catherine is indeed a popular figure among royals
