Alec Baldwin faces 'increasing degradation' from Hilaria in new branding attempt

Alec Baldwin is dancing to Hilaria Baldwin's tune when it comes to reviving his career.

Alec’s career took a back seat when he was accused of involuntary manslaughter on the set of Rust.

The accidental shooting resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. 

A judge dismissed the charges, and the actor turned his attention to reviving his career.

He even agreed to appear in a reality show with Hilaria, which featured the couple and their big family of seven kids. 

However, the show tanked with bad reviews from viewers and critics alike.

In March, the couple made headlines when Hilaria scolded Alec on the red carpet over “manterrupting” her.

"Alec's excuse is that it's all good fun and he's keeping Hilaria happy with this role-playing but it's getting increasingly degrading. What's sadder than anything is how crushed and dispirited he is," an insider said.

"The idea of Alec doing something like this up to a few years ago was unthinkable. He was always such a proud guy who'd laugh at men who came across as henpecked or emasculated," they continued.

"Hilaria's convinced she's onto something here. She says her social media blew up after that whole 'manterrupting' caper and she's desperate for them to carve out a new niche after their reality show got canned," they added.

"But humiliating Alec and crushing his spirit is a strange way to go about it," the mole remarked.
