Kevin Costner was reportedly sued by a stuntwoman over an alleged “unscripted rape.”
According to the latest report of Us Weekly, Devyn LaBella has faced intense online harassment after she accused the A-listed actor.
For those unversed, the stuntwoman from the film Horizon: An American Saga: Chapter 2, has made new claims in court.
LaBella also alleged that she was subjected to an unscripted and non-consensual rape scene during filming in May 2023. She claimed that she was told to lie down, and without warning or rehearsal, another actor simulated a rape on top of her, exposing her undergarment.
The report also mentioned that on June 26, 2025, Devyn informed the court that she wanted to redact the documented because they contained sensitive personal information in the case.
Explaining the reason behind this move, a source told the outlet, “This case involves a Hollywood production company and a well-known actor and director, which has already garnered significant public attention and backlash.”
“Following the filing of this lawsuit, [LaBella] has experienced an onslaught of online harassment,” the insider also stated.
The source added, “Having her private, personal identifying information publicly available … will unnecessarily contribute even further to the harassment she is facing.”
“Additionally, her address being public puts her at risk of being harassed at her home,” they remarked in conclusion.
