Sarah Jessica Parker has no plans to slow down her life

In a teaser of an upcoming episode of MSNBC’s The Best People with Nicolle Wallace, the 60-year-old actress, revealed why she is not in rush to downtime.

“The idea of leisure is pretty amazing to think about,” Parker shared. “But I'm not overly eager for it, because I don't want it until I know that my children are pursuing their next stage of life in their academic careers. When they go to college, I can think about traveling in September.”

Wallace threw a follow-up question asking, “When you're an empty nester.”

Parker revealed she embraces her full days, both at home and at work.

“You don't imagine days where you're like, ‘Hmm, what should I do today?’” she noted. “Because that's just not been—no fault but my own—the way I've functioned.”

“I love doing the laundry. I love housework, ‘cause when I grew up, it was crazy all the time,” the mom of two added.

It is pertinent to mention that Sarah Jessica Parker shares 22-year-old son James Wilkie and 16-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion with husband Matthew Broderick.
