After taking the spotlight at the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ global summit, Prince Harry stepped away from policy talk to enjoy an evening at one of Baltimore’s most celebrated restaurants.

The royal was spotted dining on Thursday at Charleston in the city’s Harbor East district, where he happily posed with acclaimed chef Cindy Wolf, who couldn’t hide her excitement at hosting such a distinguished guest.

Calling it a “wow, wow, wow” moment, the award-winning chef described the evening as a career highlight.

Harry was in the Washington, D.C. area as a keynote speaker at the global summit and also led a workshop with around 60 students.

Charleston, co-owned by restaurateur Tony Foreman, is no ordinary dining spot.

The restaurant scooped the prestigious James Beard Award in 2025 for Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program after years of nominations.

Known for its elegant blend of French and Southern flavours, it has built a reputation that draws both local diners and international guests alike.

Tucked into Harbor East, the restaurant has also earned a romantic reputation, previously being crowned Maryland’s most enchanting dining destination.
