Joe Flez, social media personality and founder of the Felz Investment Group, was announced dead by her partner in a social media post on Monday, August 3.

Felz’s partner, Alxzondra, while sharing the news on the Instagram handle, wrote, “Joe Felz has left this earth and has finally found his free.”

The heartbroken Alxzondra added, “I don’t have many words right now, but I ask that you please give myself, Joe’s family, and all of his loved ones the space and time needed to process a loss of this magnitude.”

The post also included a message from one of Joe’s followers, Brandy, urging the online community to stop fuelling fake rumours.

It read, “The manner in which something occurs should never overshadow the end result or the legacy that is left behind. Think before you speak.

Though no word was shared by Felz's partner as to what actually happened to the 40-year-old real estate influencer.

Who was Joe Felz?

The 40-year-old Joe Felz was a native of Augusta, Georgia, who went on to venture into real estate with Felz Investment Group in 2011.

They expanded the portfolio of the group into solar energy and van conversions while racking up over 100,000 followers on Instagram that mainly focused on DIY content.

His online portal highlights that Felz had been an eight-time convicted felon who served time in prison before scratching up his life from ground zero.

Felz had recently relocated to Costa Rica, where he was spending time with his partner Alxzondra, who is also a known influencer for posting tips and stories on bus-to-home conversions.
