Rockstar Games confirms GTA 6 extended look is coming exclusively to Netflix

Grand Theft Auto 6 community gets the latest for the much-anticipated game of the decade ahead of the November 19 release.

Rockstar Games has announced that the first reveal of the gameplay will be premiered on Netflix.

Announcing the big news, GTA 6 publisher, Rockstar Games, titled the post, that reads, “An Extended Look”, the next look at Grand Theft Auto 6 premieres on August 27 at 3 p.m. ET.”

The GTA 6 community was humming with hopes that they might get trailer 3, ahead of Take-Two's last earnings call scheduled for Friday, August 7.

After this announcement, it's now clear that the first look is coming from Netflix and not on Rockstar’s own platforms.

A blog post appeared on Netflix that reads, “In a first-of-its-kind partnership with Netflix, Rockstar Games announced today that Netflix subscribers will have the opportunity to watch an extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI on Thursday, August 27 at 3 p.m. ET.”

The live premier of the “extended” look will then go live on Rockstar’s YouTube platform just six hours after at 9 p.m. ET.

Though much of the details still remain under carpet, as to how long the footage will be premiered on Netflix and what’s in-store for GTA 6 fans to know.

After 13 years, two delays, GTA 6 fans can now expect the first exlcusive gameplay look of the GTA 6, slated for launch on November 19, 2026.
