Prince Harry marks big win as unexpected deal rescues from major crisis

Prince Harry received some good news after uncertainty surrounding a crucial matter amid ongoing tensions with the royal family.

Things seem to be falling in place for Prince Harry, who had recently suffered a major setback for the upcoming Invictus Games in Birmingham in 2027.

The organisation had lost a major sponsor had opted out to renew its contract which led to “funding crisis” as they need an eye-watering sum of £20million to cover costs, according to The Sun.

Amazon has shown interest with a big deal for Harry and has agreed to the terms as well, even though the company’s Prime Video is a direct competitor of Netflix – the Sussexes still have a deal with them.

Sources suggest that this would a “boost” for both Harry and Meghan, but more importantly, it would “rescue” the games.

“The deal would be a shot in the arm for Invictus and Harry,” the source said. “The Invictus committee are really hoping it gets over the line. Amazon wanted to get involved.”

The foundation has plenty do to support the veterans which also includes employment programmes.

“The games are a big undertaking and expensive. And it’s interesting Amazon are Netflix’s big rival,” they continued. “It maybe shows Harry and Meg moving in a different direction with a new partner.”

It is believed that Livewire Pictures are producing coverage of the 2027 games for the first time since 2017 but there is no official announcement of a broadcast by the Invictus foundation.
