Gwyneth Paltrow celebrates 8th wedding anniversary with Brad Falchuk

Gwyneth Paltrow marked eight years of marriage to husband Brad Falchuk with a heartfelt Instagram tribute on Tuesday, September 29.

Paltrow shared a carousel of photos set to Bruce Springsteen's Dream Baby Dream, captioning the post simply with the number eight in between two heart emojis.

Paltrow and Falchuk's relationship traces back to 2010, when the two met on the set of Glee, which Falchuk co-created alongside Ryan Murphy. Paltrow appeared on the show as substitute teacher Holly Holliday.

Both were married to other people at the time, Paltrow to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and Falchuk to producer Suzanne Bukinik. 

The two quietly began dating in August 2014 after their respective divorces, going public with the relationship the following year at a 50th birthday party for Paltrow's friend and co-star Robert Downey Jr. 

They secretly got engaged in 2017 before marrying on September 29, 2018, at Paltrow's home in the Hamptons in an intimate ceremony.

Reflecting on the wedding in a 2019 Good Morning America appearance, Paltrow said, "We had a very small wedding. We both have really old friends from elementary school and high school, and that was really the bulk of our friends that were there."

The couple has continued marking their anniversaries with occasional glimpses into their relationship over the years, including a paddleboard photo for their sixth anniversary and a beachside embrace for their fifth.

Paltrow has spoken warmly of Falchuk in past interviews, telling InStyle, "I adore my husband." 

Paltrow shares two children, Apple and Moses, with ex-husband Martin, while Falchuk shares two children from his prior marriage.
