PIA’s 7 flights cancelled due to fault in system

LAHORE: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)’s Sunday seven domestic and international flights have been cancelled due to as said some fault in the operational system, Geo News reported.

Airport sources told that the flights whose cancellation has been announced included PK2407 scheduled to leave for Jeddah at 10 A.M. in the morning, PK2207 for Jeddah at 11.25 A.M., PK323 was to leave for Quetta at 9.55, PK649 Islamabad-Lahore, PK320 sheduled to arrive here from Quetta at 6.25 A.M. in the morning and PK649 Islamabad-Lahore.

PIA officials said that PK6501 will now arrive at 11.30 A.M., PK248 arrived Lahore from Damam, but could not proceed to Islamabad. Enquiry officer said that the PIA flights were cancelled due to some fault in the operational system.
