ISLAMABAD: Chairman All Pakistan CNG Association, Ghayas Paracha, Monday said that as the public was suffering from the unavailability of gaseous fuel so were the CNG sellers as they were also a part of it, Geo News reported.
"We are also public. This closure bears on us in the same way at it does in the case of consumers at large", said he addressing a press conference here.
News claiming that CNG sellers were grossing humongously large amounts of money --far greater than what they deserved-- held no water, a fuming Paracha said.
“Certain quarters are over-reporting the profits of CNG sellers. Such baseless reports are continuously making headlines now and then. It should stop”, Paracha added.
To a question, he said that his association was in talks with the government regarding CNG pricing.
