School van mishap in Bhera; student dead

SARGODHA: A school van going to drop children met an accident when it bumped into tree with breaks un-slammed in Tehsil Bhera of Sargodha, killing a female student of metric class and wounding ten other students on Saturday, Geo News reported.

According to Rescue officials, the incident took place as tie rod of the vehicle got loose. Noreen Kausar (14), student of metric class dead in the mishap while ten other students sustained injury.

Five students having critical injuries were shifted to CMH hospital Sargodha while other children are under treatment in regional hospital.

Van driver Abrar also sustained wounds in the accident.
