Dozens of children affected by the disease have been admitted in various hospitals of the city.
Sources said 16 affectees, aged between 6 to 8 years, were admitted in Children Hospital.
Around 30 new cases had been brought at Mayo Hospital during last 24 hours. Sources said 14 children were admitted while others were released after providing them basic treatment.
