MQM appeals to resume business activities after 4 PM

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Coordination Committee has appealed to the business community, traders and transporters to resume their activities after 4 PM.

In a statement issued here on Thursday, the coordination committee thanked the business community and transporters for their cooperation on day of mourning that is being observed over the killings of MQM’s workers and sympathizers.

The Coordination Committee has demanded of the Sindh government to take action against the killers of the party workers and bring them to book.

On Wednesday, a sit-in was staged outside the Chief Minister House against the killing of three MQM sympathizers whose bodies were found in Memon Goath area of Malir.

The MQM had announced to observe day of mourning on Thursday after which Sindh Technical board cancelled all the exams scheduled for today.
