SIALKOT: Indian army aggression on the Line of Control (LoC) continued, as two civilian sustained injuries in unprovoked Nakial sector fresh mortar firings by the Indian forces, Geo News reported on Saturday.
Sources said that despite Pakistan showing restrain, Indian forces continued unprovoked mortar firing and shelling in blatant violation of the ceasefire on LoC, resulting by now two persons martyred and nine wounded in Nakial sector alone. Sources further said that Indian army has fired over 800 mortar shells in different areas of Nakial sector during last three days.
Nakial Assistant Commissioner, Mohammad Ayub said that Indian army last night opened unprovoked firing at a place called Kanate in Nakial sector, which continued for three hours and wounded two civilians.
Pakistan army in a bid to silence the Indian guns retaliated, but the Indians instead started targeting the civil habitats with heavy weapons.
