Kurram Agency: Thirty-five mortar shells recovered from vehicle, two arrested

KURRAM AGENCY: Two persons were arrested after recovery of thirty-five mortar shells from a vehicle at Pak-Afghan border checkpost on Tuesday here, Geo News reported

Kurran Agency Political Agent, Riaz Mehsud said that the security at the chekposts were tightened on receipt of information about the transportation of some dangerous weapons through lower Kurram Agency route and during the pickets two persons were arrested after the recovery of 35 mortar shells at Loirki Afghan border checkpost.

The arrested persons have been shifted to an unknown place for further investigations.
