Kate Middleton has taken a step back from Royal duties after she was diagnosed of an undisclosed form of cancer after undergoing an abdominal surgery earlier this year.
Kensington Palace has now updated her well-wishers about the Princess of Wales' health and when she will resume Royal duties.
