Glinda, Elphaba come face to face in 'Wicked: For Good' final trailer

Wicked: For Good has just unveiled its final trailer ahead of release, and it promises even more magic, rivalry, and spectacle.

The fantasy film, arriving 21st November 2025, is the highly anticipated sequel to 2024’s box office smash Wicked: Part 1.

The new footage teases first glimpses of the Cowardly Lion, the freshly minted Tin Man, and even a haunting over-the-shoulder shot of Elphaba staring into the Scarecrow's face before the trio sets off to join Dorothy’s adventures.

Directed by Jon M. Chu and adapted by Winnie Holzman and Dana Fox from Holzman and Stephen Schwartz’s beloved Broadway musical, Wicked: For Good picks up right where last year's installment left off.

Front and center are Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba and Ariana Grande’s Glinda, who appear more at odds than ever before.

At one point in the trailer, Glinda slams her wand against Elphaba’s broom during a tense standoff on the yellow brick road, a showdown fans have been waiting for.
