JSQM announces protest against ‘Muhajir province’

HYDERABAD: Jiye Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) chairman, Sannan Qureshi on Tuesday announced that his party would surround Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) offices and stage protests against its repeated calls for division of Sindh.

Addressing a press conference here along with his party’s vice chairman Dr Niaz Kalani, Sannan Qureshi condemned MQM’s demand for ‘division of Sindh’ and said his party would agitate against the call for creation of Muhajir Province.

Dr Niaz Kalani said that JSQM will stage sit-ins and protest demonstrations with a view to exert pressure on MQM to withdraw its demand for Muhajir province.
