Banned outfit man killed in alleged police encounter

KARACHI: A member of banned outfit was killed in an alleged police encounter in Sheeri Jinnah Colony late on Friday night.

Police also arrested five accused from Orangi Town, Awami Colony and Baloch Colony while two extortionists including a woman were nabbed from Kharadar area.

Meanwhile, Rangers launched action in Lyari, Bihar Colony Mira Naka and Singo Lane and arrested three gang-war accused.

The accused were involved in several heinous crimes.
