Anti-polio drive continues for third day in Peshawar, FATA

PESHAWAR: The anti-polio campaign continues for the third consecutive day in different areas of Peshawar and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
The health authorities intend to administer polio vaccine to 700,000 children and seven thousands teams have been formed to achieve the target.
However, 200,000 children in South and North Waziristan tribal areas would be deprived of the polio drops on security grounds.
22,000 teams have been formed to administer polio vaccine to 800,000 children in Peshawar.
