MUZAFFARGARH: Police on Saturday apprehended four alleged women fraudsters who used to plunder houses through different ploys, officials said.

The gang reportedly entered into households portraying themselves as beggars after which one of them used to depict having encountered a fit of madness and rest loot all valuables.

These fraudster women first plundered a house near Sabzi Mandi area in Muzaffargarh. They reached the quarters in District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital to pillage another house, but got caught.

The residents of the area handed the women to police.

Officials said one of the suspects used to act as having been in a fit of rage compelling the occupants of the house to help her, which provided chance for other gang members to plunder valuables.
