Adele endorses Hillary Clinton at concert in Miami

British singer-songwriter Adele has asked her fans to turn their backs on Donald Trump, the Republican candidate, because "what happens in America affects" her too, local media reported.

"I can't vote but I am 100 percent for Hillary Clinton. I love her," Adele said at her concert in Miami, which Hillary Clinton attended as the Democratic nominee looked to pick up some support along the way.

Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said it was not apparent that Adele knew Clinton was at the show on the eve of her 69th birthday.
