Blog: Donald Trump’s win is democracy at work

The election of Donald Trump shows the most democratic decision ever made in the history of the United States.

Even after 18 months of bashing from left-wing media outlets, the people tired of Democratic Party policies spoke up.

For anyone saying that Donald Trump’s election promotes hate speech, think again. Thousands across the US have decided to say that he’s not our president, and began burning effigies and the nation’s flag. These 'protests' do nothing more than promote hate speech towards republican voters and politicians.

Whilst they were not committed or endorsed by Hillary Clinton, the same can be said for the hate crimes in the name of Donald Trump. Amongst violent protests, the Hillary campaign has been known to create more hate speech.

The concept of shy voters refers to Trump voters who are merely afraid to publicize their political opinion. Why? Because of the consistent hatred sent by left-wing media outlets, and people like Hillary Clinton herself, calling a clear majority of Trump supporters deplorable.

This well know concept was a large reason as to why the polls didn’t predict Trump’s victory. Because many Trump supporters were afraid that if they did publicize, they would be bashed by their family and friends as being a racist and misogynist.

This is hate speech, incited by Hillary Clinton’s comments on Trump’s supporters, calling them deplorable. Even if you can’t be convinced that he is not the worst human, just don’t wish for him to fail. Asking him to fail is like being in a plane with people you like and dislike, and telling the pilot to crash and kill everyone.
