Aisam, Rojer through to Stockholm Open men's doubles final

Pakistani-Dutch duo of Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Jean Julien Rojer make it to the final of Intrum Stockholm Open ATP World Tennis Championship in Stockholm, Sweden.

The duo are through to the final after beating the strong pair of former world number one doubles player Nenad Zimonic of Serbia and current number three ranked American singles player Jack Sock in the semifinal on Saturday.

Aisam and Rojer managed to beat the duo of Zimonic and Sock after a thrilling encounter of 6(3)-7, 6-4, 10-6.

Aisam-ul-Haq tweeted after his win, "We made it! Back to Intrum Stockholm Open finals." 


Earlier in the quarterfinal, they defeated the top Italian duo of Fabio Fognini and Simone Bolelli 7-5, 7-5.

In the final, they will face the Wimbledon finalist pair of Oliver Marach of Austria and Mate Pavic of Croatia.
