LAHORE: Chairman of the Lahore Qalandars, Rana Fawad, said the club's four players who recently played in Australia were a shining example.

He was addressing a press conference in Lahore.

Former team captain Inzamamul Haq and fast bowler Aaqib Javed were also present at the press conference.

The club's chairman welcomed Inzamam to the team as ana dviser, saying he was grateful for the former Pakistan captain and batsman's decision as he would be a source of guidance for the young and upcoming players.

Fawad also thanked Javed for his hard work in tutoring the players.

"Lahore Qalandars also played a role in bringing international cricket back to the country," added Fawad.

Later, speaking during the conference, Haq said in his over-30 year career in cricket, he has not seen work compared to what the Lahore Qalandars are doing.
