LAHORE: At least one person died and three others wounded Tuesday night during a firing incident between two groups here in the city's Allama Iqbal Town, Geo News reported, citing rescue and security authorities.

According to police, three men riding a motorcycle rode into Huma Block of Allama Iqbal Town and opened fire, killing one person — identified as Muneeb Mughal — and seriously injuring three others in the vicinity.

Identified as Honey, Bilal, and Nawab, the wounded persons were immediately transferred to a nearby hospital, police said, adding that a first information report (FIR) has been registered in this regard.
