Have some health conscious guests coming over and you don’t want to be rude by serving oily samosas? Here’s an idea, why not try a healthy yet simple dish to wow your guests? To solve this dilemma, we bring you a quick and easy recipe for Baked Potatoes. It’s delicious, healthy and looks really fancy served out on the table. Happy eating!
Ingredients:
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2-3
Minced meat (cooked) 1 cup
Onions (chopped) 1-2
Garlic & ginger paste 4 tbsps
Spinach (boiled) 1/2 cup
Salt & pepper to season
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Cheese sauce 1/2 cup
Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsps
Oil as required
Method:
Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
Grab an oven-safe dish and put a thick layer of mashed potatoes.
Top that layer with a layer of minced meat, followed by cheese sauce and spinach.
Garnish it with some mint leaves and chilli garlic sauce.
Bake it in the oven for 20 mins.
Cut them into squares and serve.
