As we finally bid adieu to Ramzan 2019, its time to start prepping for all the delicacies you can dig into during the grand Eid-ul-Fitr brunch. Here’s the recipe for Chicken Stuffed Omelet to add to your breakfast table:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
250 grams of boneless chicken cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
½ teaspoon of salt
1 green chilli
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of tomato cut in julienne
Capsicum cut in julienne as required
Black pepper powder as required
1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Grated mozzarella cheese as required
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic mixing it thoroughly before adding the chicken and cooking till the colour changes.
After that add soy sauce, black pepper, paprika powder, dried oregano, salt and mix it comprehensively and leaving it to cook for five minutes.
Then add green chillies, ketchup and mix.
Add tomato and capsicum and mix for a minute or two before keeping it aside.
In a bowl separately, add eggs, salt, black pepper and mix well.
In another frying pan add cooking oil and then the egg mixture leaving it to cook on low heat for two minutes.
Flip and cook for another minute.
Take the prepared chicken mixture and the cheese and put it over the omelette and fold.
Cook again on low heat for thirty seconds and serve!
