Body of Ghotki woman who was raped, killed brought to hospital in garbage truck

GHOTKI: The body of a woman who was allegedly raped, tortured, and killed was found on Wednesday in the Sindh's Thar Desert and, disrespectfully, brought to hospital in a garbage truck.

According to police, her brutally assaulted body was found in the Dad Laghari area of the Thar Desert and she was reportedly subjected to sexual assault before being killed.

The body was shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Mirpur Mathelo for post-mortem.

Reportedly, due to the district administration's negligence, the woman's body was brought into the Mirpur Mathelo DHQ Hospital in a garbage-picking truck.
