ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a warning to the Reshma Power Plant that if the mark-up on the advance is not paid then the plants machinery will be seized.
A Supreme Court bench heard the Rental Power Plants (RPPs) case today and was informed that an advance amounting to Rs 4.5 billion had been paid but the mark-up of Rs 1.35 billion had not been received.
The apex court was also informed that machinery imported for power plants was done so under the category of scarp.
