PALLEKELE: The World Twenty20 Super Eights group one match between Sri Lanka and New Zealand ended in a tie at Pallekele stadium on Thursday, and will be decided by a "super over".
New Zealand made 174-7 in their 20 overs with opener Rob Nicol scoring a career best 58. Sri Lanka needed one run off the last ball but lost their sixth wicket off the last ball with scores tied.
