TOKYO: All tsunami warnings in Japan were lifted around two hours after a powerful undersea quake sent thousands fleeing to safety, a media report said.
Warnings imposed after the 7.3 magnitude quake had been cancelled at around 7.20 pm (1020 GMT), broadcaster NHK said, citing national meteorologists.
