WATCH: Donald Trump, Melania Trump enjoy Habba's 40th birthday at Mar-a-Lago

Former US president and Republican forerunner Donald Trump was seen enjoying the birthday party of his glamorous attorney Alina Habba alongside former first lady Melania Trump in Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach Florida, pictures on social media showed Sunday.

During the 40th birthday party Saturday, Eric, Lara Trump, Donald Trump Jr and former adviser to Trump Kimberly Guilfoyle were also present.

Trump’s civil attorney Habba — who has been leading the case against E Jean Carrol — can be seen in a glittering jumpsuit, posing near a stand of gift bags that read, "Habba Nice 40th Birthday."

A video also uploaded on her Instagram showed a number of pictures showing the former president, former first lady and Habba while photos of the cake depicted the lawyer sitting atop a courthouse in front of scales of justice and law books, along with a Birkin bag and a briefcase.

Last weekend, the Page Six reported that Habba had gathered in St Barts with her close friends while recently returning to celebrate her boss’ legal win.

On Monday, the 77-year-old Trump was granted legal relief by the New York appeals court as it reduced the bond amount of $464 million to $175 million in a civil fraud case.

The former president has also been successful in listing his telecom company Trump Media on Wall Street, holding 79 million shares in the firm.
