Asia richest person Mukesh Ambani's residence, Antilia, in Mumbai is famous as India's most expensive home, but he is not the only one with a pricey house.

It turns out that the billionaire also has some billionaire neighbours who own expensive homes next to him, including Gautam Singhania, the chairman and managing director of the Raymond Group, a textile company.

Gautam resides in an opulent private home known as JK House and is the billionaire neighbour of the Ambanis.

The JK House, with 30 stories of residential space, is India's second-tallest private building, valued at over $7 million, DNA India reported.

Additionally, it offers two pools, five levels of parking, a helipad, a spa, a gym, and a home theatre.

Interestingly, Gautam's house is directly below a sizable Raymond Shop.

After his father, Vijaypat Singhania, retired in September 1990, Gautam assumed leadership of the Raymond Group and the company reorganised its emphasis on fabrics and apparel brands under his direction.

Gautam, who holds a degree in commerce from Mumbai University, has worked in business and corporate management industries for over 30 years.

The Raymond Group generates revenue of over INR500 billion.
