South Africa win toss elect to field
CAPETOWN: Graeme Smith, captaining South Africa for the 100th time won the toss and invited Pakistan to make first use of the wicket in the 2nd test at Newlands, Capetown.

Pakistan has made a couple of changes to the team that lost the first test match. Tanveer Ahmed and Mohammad Irfan have replaced injured Junaid Khan and Rahat Ali. Mohammad Irfan will be making his test debut.

South Africa has named an unchanged team.

The first hour would be crucial for the Pakistan batting as the ball is expected to swing and seam in the morning session.

South Africa has a brilliant track record on this ground. Eversince making a comeback into test cricket 1991, they have won 20 of the 25 tests played here.
