KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly has been dissolved according to the decision taken at a meeting of the four chief ministers with Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf two days ago in the federal capital, Geo News reported.
Governor Sindh, Dr Ishratul Ebad, signed a summary to this effect Tuesday night.
Earlier Chief Minister, Qaim Ali Shah had sent the governor a formal request in this regard.
Sources said that the chief minister had already directed the ministers, advisers, special assistants, MPAs and others to surrender official vehicles, and vacate official residences.
