Hoda Kotb has shared a glimpse into her life after exit from the Today show.

Kotb said goodbye to the NBC show after 17 years on January 10th.

Now, taking to Instagram on Thursday, Kotb posted series of photos showcasing her day with two children, Haley Joy, 8, and Hope Catherine, 5.

The first two pictures showcased Kotb walking outside with her daughter, who were headed off to school. Meanwhile, the third photo featured a screenshot of a quote that read, "I think you should tell people how important they are to you, not because they could leave at any moment, but because they’re here now, and it's worth saying."

In the caption, Kotb wrote, "Another regular.. ordinary…spectacular day."

It is worth mentioning that the reason behind Kotb's decision to leave Today was also driver by her desire to become more available for her kids.

She revealed in an interview with PEOPLE magazine that "I've had yearnings, and you know when something's pulling you? It's like you either go toward it or you shove it down and say, 'Nope, this is the way. I'm going to stay here because it's safe.'"

"It does make more sense to stay at NBC. I'm financially secure and I would have job security. I mean, why would you ever not do that? But I've been watching my kids and I was thinking to myself, I wonder what I'm missing?" Kotb added.
