Prince Harry has reportedly turned down a major offer from Buckingham Palace ahead of his return to Britain for trial against NGN publishers next week.

According to a report by Reuters, Harry's lawsuit against NGN newspaper group officially begins at the High Court in London on Tuesday, with King Charles' younger son set to appear as a witness himself at the trial.

Harry is suing the group over alleged unlawful activities carried out by journalists and private investigators working for its papers from 1996 until 2011.

The Mirror, per Yahoo Lifestyle reported Harry will return to the UK next week.

The report further claims Archie and Lilibet father has reportedly turned down the major offer from Palace just days before he returns to the UK.

The insider told the media outlet, Harry was offered a place to stay in Buckingham Palace, but he turned it down.

The sources went on to claim that Harry will be given "limited police protection," despite him losing his case for police protection.

The outlet reported, Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley has agreed to provide Harry with armed officers from the Royalty and Specialist Protection Command.
