Meghan Markle and Prince Harry can expect strict legal action from Donald Trump, if they upset him.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who now live under Trump’s presidency, are told to beware before crossing their new leader in America.

Royal commentator Sarah Louise Robertson notes that despite Harry and Meghan being "so low" on Trump’s hit list, they could still "upset" him.

The President would thus have no ‘qualms’ before deporting the couple.

The couple, however, has an alternate country they could settle in.

Royal expert Jennie Bond says: "They do now have a bolt hole in Portugal. It's probably much more than a bolt hole – it's undoubtedly a very beautiful property and was maybe sourced by Eugenie's husband, Jack."

"So, if things get tricky or uncomfortable in the States, Europe may see a little more of Harry and Meghan and their children. My guess, though, is that they will let the dust settle and see how things pan out – they seem very happy in their Californian lifestyle and I'm sure they don't want to unsettle their children unnecessarily.
