Prince Harry has just been issued a reminder about what kind of image his BBC interview would give to the late Queen.
British royals expert Hilary Fordwich shared all these claims while speaking to Fox News Digital.
Her interview with the outlet led her to get honest and say that “For [Queen Elizabeth], it would indeed have been felt as a violation of both discretion and privacy.”
“She valued the little privacy her family members could maintain in such an exposed role.”
So “being betrayed by a family member, publicly airing grievances was abhorrent to her. She was particularly private regarding matters of health and family disputes.”
Because of that, many palace insiders even admitted that the entire note about King Charles’ health was “in poor taste” and showed them all that “nothing that can be trusted to remain private” essentially.
The expert didn’t end it there either, but talked of the mortifying emotions that must have run through Buckingham Palace because “Queen Elizabeth at the time of ‘Megxit’ hoped for the best, for family unity and discretion.”
“She was focused on protecting the future of the monarchy. She guarded its reputation and continuity her entire life, focusing on stability."
For those unversed with the comment Prince Harry made, he told his BBC interviewer, “I don’t know how much longer my father has, he, he won’t speak to me because of this security stuff, but it would be nice to reconcile.”
