The prosecution allegds that Diddy’s Freak Offs happened during a two-decade long timeframe, and in those moment he ‘lured’ women to his parties using financial support, and romance as promises, according to Reuters. However, he then used coercive means to force them into ‘drug-feuled sexual performances’, i.e. his Freak Offs.

Allegations also go as far as to accuse him of using drugs to keep his victims ‘obedient, but also state that he would kidnap people at gunpoint as well, choke them, drag them etc.

The main defense being used by Diddy is that his “swinger” lifestyle was in no way illegal.

Per the outlet, “Combs’ lawyers have signaled they intend to argue the women had financial incentives to falsely accuse him of abuse and say they have evidence the accusers were not candid with investigators.”

But “prosecutors plan to show the jury a hotel surveillance video showing Combs kicking and dragging one of his accusers in a hallway, but Combs’ lawyers say the video, first published by CNN, was edited to look as damning as possible and lacks context.”

Who are the Witnesses in the Diddy Trial?

The main accuser is Diddy’s former girlfriend Casandra Ventura, who goes by ‘Cassie’ but there are three more who will do so under pseudonyms, for their own privacy.
