Teddi Mellencamp has shared a positive health update amid her ongoing stage four cancer battle.

Speaking to People magazine on Friday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said that she is "doing great" as all her "tumors are continuing to shrink."

“I'm actually doing great,” said Teddi. “I had immunotherapy two days ago and they did another round of scans and they said all my tumors are continuing to shrink, so I'm feeling good and I'm happy.”

“This the last round of the intense immunotherapy and then I'll be doing immunotherapy for the next two years, every four weeks, but it's like half the dosage that I'm currently on, so then I think it's just going to get easier and easier on me,” added the 43-year-old.

When she asked whether immunotherapy was controlling or curing her cancer, the TV personality replied: "It's both."

In February, the TV personality revealed to the outlet that her melanoma had spread to her lungs and brain.
