Isabel LaRosa just recalled a candid moment of her past and addressed being compared to Billie Eilish.

Talking about her brother and frequent collaborator, Thomas LaRosa, she deemed him as a "built-in support system" throughout her career.

Inevitably, the have been compared to the music brother-sister duo, Billie Eilish and Finneas, but they are yet to meet each other.

"I've seen her [perform] a couple times now. I love her so much," she told PEOPLE magazine of the Ocean Eyes singer, adding, "I'd be a little nervous [to meet her]."

However, the Favorite hitmaker claimed she would put her nervousness aside if the opportunity of a meetup came up, exclaiming, "We need to meet them. Let's make it happen. Hit a girl up!"

The conversation came after she revealed that performing at the 2025 Governors Ball Music Festival was a full-circle moment for her.

Isabel remembered being kicked out of the festival’s backstage area in 2021 and returned in 2025 to perform at the GovBall stage in New York on June 6, 2025.

The I'm Yours crooner said, "I've been wanting to play GovBall for years.”

Remembering the incident when she and her brother were kicked out, Isabel stated, "I was seeing Billie [Eilish], and Thomas and I were like, 'We think we can sneak backstage. There doesn't look like there's much security.'"

"We hang out for a while, we meet [singer] Claire Rosenkranz. It was so weird. Security was like, 'What are you doing?' And then they just removed us,” the 20-year-old added.

"So, that was really fun, but now I guess we're here," Isabel LaRosa said, whose debut album, Raven, came out in April. "I had dropped my first song like a day before sneaking in, and now I dropped an album. Life is so weird," she further mentioned.
