Brooklyn Beckham has refrained from honouring his parents on any special occasion, including his dad David Beckham's knighthood honour.

Brooklyn, the eldest son of Victoria and David Beckham, remains radio silent online after previously snubbing his parents on their birthdays as well as most happy occasions.

Instead, Brooklyn posted photos of pretzel pita chip packs on Instagram as his father received his new title.

Insiders reveal that Brooklyn was simply unaware as his dad David did not fill him in on the honour. Brooklyn reportedly only learned about his dad's special day via press reports.

Meanwhile, their second eldest child, Romeo, did pay the retired football a timely tribute, writing, "So proud of you" as he shared a fun photo with his dad online.

While Brooklyn did not publicly congratulate his dad online, insiders close to the aspiring chef told Page Six that he was delighted about his dad's accolade and knew it meant the world to him.
