Rebecca Gayheart is making headlines after being photographed kissing billionaire boyfriend as estranged husband battles with ALS.

The 54-year-old’s PDA-packed moment with Hard Rock Café mogul went viral fueling speculation about their on-again, off-again romance.

Gayheart was spotted with the 78-year-old outside a Beverly Hills hotspot.

The actress stunned in a chic minidress and jacket as she leaned in to kiss Morton who is an heir to the Morton Steakhouse empire.

Their recent outing is among several occasions when the two were sighted being romantic with each other.

Apart from a sighting in March in Los Angeles, the two also went on a double-date with Claudia Schiffer and Matthew Vaughn in April 2023.

Their recent appearance comes at the heels of the news that Gayheart and Dane are ‘best of friends’ and are ‘really close’.

Gayheart also told in an interview that they are great coparents.

The pair shares two daughters: Billie (15) and Georgia (13).

Gayheart and Dane married in 2004 but filed for divorce in 2018 after 14 years.

Just before the famed McSteamy made public his ALS diagnosis in April 2024, the pair quietly called off their separation emphasizing their commitment to co-parenting daughters.
