Channing Tatum ‘teary-eyed' as he remembers Stephen ‘tWitch' Boss legacy

Channing Tatum has recently revealed he feels honoured to call late Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss “a friend” in a moving tribute.

The Magic Mike actor got emotional as he paid homage to his co-star three years after his death at the Dance Hall of Fame Ceremony in Los Angeles on December 4.

“I promised myself I wasn't going to cry,” began the 45-year-old in his heartfelt speech about Stephen.

Step Up actor recalled how Stephen made him “laugh all the time,” but to talk about him is an “understatement to say the least”.

Channing opened up that he felt lucky to work with late Stephen for a good amount of time.

Gushing over The Ellen DeGeneres Show co-host, the Deadpool & Wolverine actor said, “He just was one of the most brilliant, bright people. He just loved so big. He just loves so big and that's why he just shines so much.”

Meanwhile, Channing jokingly said that he had a “man crush” on Stephen for the reason they both were from Alabama.

“I just felt some sort of kinship to him. Roll Tide, by the way. I'm sure he yelled it back and is laughing at me right now,” pointed out the Dear John actor.

Before concluding, Channing added, “It was an honour to know him. It was an honour to call him a friend, and I will see him again.”
