Princess Kate is being targeted by her own neighbors in a 'campaign orchesterated' against her.

According to The Mail, Vivien Sheriff, whose elegant headpieces have famously graced Princess Kate, is at the centre of the dispute over her boutique campsite, Harry’s Field.

The Hampshire spot, recently named among the Sunday Times’ top UK campsites, is now facing fierce local resistance after Sheriff applied to extend its annual opening from 28 days to 52.

Sheriff's family has run the campsite for over a decade, insists the opposition amounts to coordinated “nimbyism”.

The site, she says, was designed as a low-impact escape a tranquil haven for couples and families seeking starry skies, wildlife-filled hedgerows and a digital detox far from city life.

But some residents paint a very different picture. Objections submitted to planners describe noise, disruption and alleged mistreatment of New Forest livestock where it is illegal to touch or feed the free-roaming animals.

Critics claim campers have lifted children onto donkeys, fed them inappropriate snacks and ignored repeated warnings.

Noise complaints feature heavily too, with neighbours alleging early-morning shouting, late-night music and screaming children disrupting what they describe as a once-peaceful village atmosphere.

One resident told the Mail the campsite had brought “misery, noise and nuisance”, while another said they had personally intervened to stop campers interacting with animals.

Veterinarian Helen's land borders the field, has been among the most vocal objectors.

In her submission, she described near-constant disturbance, alleged trespassing, and ongoing harassment of animals on her property claiming the situation has made it impossible to enjoy her own garden.
