GTA 6 fans are once again buzzing with the rumours of trailer 3 ahead of the earnings call scheduled for August 7, 2026.
Grand Theft Auto 6, a.k.a. GTA 6, is just less than four months away from when we finally see the rollout on November 19, 2026.
But when we keep track of past references, it suggests that Rockstar is short of time when the summer marketing blitz kicks off.
For context, GTA 6’s second trailer was dropped in May last year, but with the launch date inching closer, there’s no sign of any gameplay trailer.
GTA 6 fans, after a year-long wait, are finally getting subtle hints that point to the trailer 3 release anytime soon before August 7 earnings call.
A popular GTA content creator who revealed insights, coupled with Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick’s recent remarks, is enough for GTA 6 fans, who are convinced that something big is on their way.
Let’s dig out what’s humming related to trailer 3 on social media about the much-anticipated game of the decade: GTA 6.
iGrandTheftAuto, a popular content creator who runs a long-time GTA fan portal, reported that they had noticed some backend changes being made to the Grand Theft Auto 6 website.
“There’s now been 3 minor updates to the website today,” IGrandTheftAuto shared insights in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).
In a follow up post, iGrandTheftAuto revealed what he noticed, saying, “The main changes are behind the scenes and focus on performance improvements, including preloading Rockstars’s five custom web fonts:
"GTAArtDeco_Bold, GTAArtDeco_CondensedBold, GTAArtDeco_CondensedHeavy, GTAArtDeco_Medium, GTAArtDeco_Regular."
What followed was not unique, as GTA community did it many times, spinning the rumours mill that GTA 6 trailer 3 is on the horizon.
Echoing GTA 6 fans’ trailer buzz, Houser, in conversation with Take-Two CEO Zelnick said, “I wanna wake them up with the trailer.”
Rockstar so far has not said a word about when trailer 3 will be released, but Rockstar president Sam Houser recent remarks signal it’s coming sooner than expected.
