Prince Harry breaks silence on money woes amid fresh setback

Prince Harry has been grappling with a major financial hit, especially after the lawsuit defeat against the Daily Mail's publisher, Associated Newspapers, amounting to a massive legal bill.

On top of that, the Duke of Sussex is navigating his security arrangements following his family moving back to Britain. 

Sources have claimed that the Sussexes would be splurging a big sum to settle in the perfect home in the UK, while keeping their Montecito mansion and their Portugal bolt-hole.

Amid the piled-up costs, the Duke had to suffer a blow for his eco-travel project Travalyst. However, this was supposed to be a deliberate move from Harry’s team.

“It was a planned and small loss of £13,000, very typical of a lean, not- for-profit organisation, making a critical investment for the future,” a spokesperson told The Sun.

“Travalyst remains confident in its financial oversight and strength of its partnerships.”

Harry had set up the company in 2019, just before moving to the US, with the intention to make travelling more eco-friendly as possible.

The update comes just a day after annual accounts for Travalyst Limited showed losses of £13,542 in 2025.

Meanwhile, Harry is gearing up for the Invictus Games in Birmingham, which were reportedly having "funding issues. But, Amazon seemed to have saved by the day as it offer a lucrative deal to air the Games.
